Nature's Balance

As I said somewhere else in what is becoming
a site far too large for even me - the
construction foreman - to remember
everything, the design for this egg came to me
while I was sketching during my youngest
son's soccer practice. We were at a park, of
course, and I'd been looking around me,
trying to visualize a design that would
somehow represent the truly perfect balance
of Nature. I was even using graph paper in
order to be more accurate with my own
balance, and the design you see here is what I
came up with. I've sold more of this
particular carved egg than of any other, so
the design must speak for itself.
