Back in the mid 90's I was watching
some classic movie about the shocking
goings-on in Paris at the Moulin Rouge
and the Folies Bergere and somehow (I
have
no clue why) I started to focus on the
fancy lace garters the dancers were
wearing. You know, I think Liza forgot to
put them on in "Cabaret." In any event, I
immediately pictured garters holding up an
egg, but when my drill went to work, the
egg
became the lace garters and fasteners
themselves. A bit whimsical, perhaps, but
one look at this egg can bring visions of
Paris in the early 20th century dancing
before my eyes.
Price: $169.00 USD plus shipping and
insurance. Glass dome, wood base and
stand included.
